This is Tom from Optasia.
I'm traveling and don't have access to my records so I don't remember
when we last sent you the library.
Last Fall we upgraded our library of Bibles
We have the NIV in HTML format, specifically designed for the Victor
Reader.
Each book is in it's own file, and it contains headings for each chapter
as well as the headings for the section titles.
If you have received the library since about September 2009, you are
using the current version.
If you received it before that, let me know and you can try out our
current format.
