Good evening everyone,

About a year and a half ago, I asked you to pray for my supervisor,
Vivian Seki. Well, I am doing the same thing now. Yesterday, Vivian had
surgery at San Antonio Methodist Specialty and Transplant Hospital to remove
her ovaries and uterus on account of Stage One cancer. She was released to
go home today, and will be off work until the fifth of July. Since I will be
in Dallas when she comes back, I will not see her until July 12. So, please
pray for a speedy recovery for Vivian. I plan on calling her later next
week.

Now, for our praise reports. Wednesday night, there was a severe storm
that came in, knocking power lines and transformers down, and causing some
major damage in our neighborhood as well as some surrounding ones. We were
without power for close to 24 hours, and had to stay with friends last
night. However, as of about nine o'clock last night, our power was restored.
I called our number from work this morning and the phone actually rang
instead of automatically going to voicemail. Praise God!

The second part of our praise report is that Pete and I found a town
home in the northeast part of town, which will mean a more direct route from
me to go to and from work. The unit will be available after August 1. Since
our lease is not up until August 31, we will probably sign the lease for the
new unit after we get back from the convention, and give notice at the end
of July. I am not looking forward to going through 21 years of odds and
ends, but it will be worth it when we move in to a 1,326-square-foot town
home for less rent. We both felt God prompting us to stay after the tour and
apply to stay.

At any rate, those are my request and reports. Thank you in advance for
your prayers.

Mary Donahue
