Hi Peter,
Search out the new Testament to find out how much Jesus loves you. You will 
find, His love is beyond measure, more than we are able to comprehend.
When you immerse yourself  in the scripture, you will have the weapon you 
need to conquer all of those lusts. Based on a book I read by James Dobson, 
I don't remember the title, he talks about the sperm sacs refilling on a 
regular cyclical basis.  They need to be released. Therefore, masturbation 
is a good release. It will take your mind off the women.
Now that I have been married for eight years, I have been satisfied with my 
wife.
The name of the book I was talking about is: "what Wives Wished Their 
Husbands New About Women."
