I am not familiar with this person.
It's quite likely that his books would be beneficial to the library, but so
are many others.
We receive some books by scanning them ourselves, a few directly from
publishers
And some from users of the Optasia Library.
I would be interested in hearing more about this author, but perhaps you
have some of his works that you would be willing to share.
