The New American Bible is a Catholic translation.
Optasia Ministry has a copy, and in this one verse 21 is included.

Here is how those verses read:

Matthew 18

20. For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in
the midst of them." 
21.  Then Peter approaching asked him, "Lord, if my brother sins against me,
how often must I forgive him? As many as seven times?" 
22. Jesus answered, "I say to you, not seven times but seventy-seven times.
