[Faith-talk] Speaking in Tongues

I have a voice and wish to be heard.
Joshua, I believe, is merely informing, educating.
When has he told you he has the only Truth?
The Truth is in the Holy Bible and if you can't accept it, it's your own
fault.
Joshua gives Bible verses to prove a point, that's the way I see things
here.
I came on the list two months ago, looking for answers, but all that was
here was argument and debate.
I'm sorry, sounds a bit childish to me.
I'm ready to unsubscribe if things don't lighten up.
God bless you all.

I second this, Linda.
Joshua, please stop talking as though you, and only you know the whole
truth. It really isn't conducive to peaceful, productive discussion on this
list.

I don't have time to read all the messages that have come in.
However, in first Corinthians 13 Paul says that toungues shall cease.
Somewhere, maybe there, he said it is better to seek the greater gifts, or
something like that. And, since they're gifts of the Spirit, they're given
to us by God.
Joshua, you have a hard time listening to others. Please stop trying to
press your points. You think, or you come across like you think, that you're
the only one here who has the whole truth. I say again, please stop.
Gotta go!
Blessings,
Linda
