[Faith-talk] Books on god other than the bible?

Hi guys: I'm curious on your thoughts on books where God is Talked about
other than the bible? For instance I'm starting to read J. J. Benitez's
Caballo de Troya serie in which scientists transport to Jesus era. What are
your thoughts on these? Should they be read as entertainment only or do they
have something tobe learned from?
