Search me, O God, and know my heart: try me,  and know my thoughts.
Two things are hard on the heart-running up  stairs and running down
people.
KEEP A PURE HEART
Let no sounds escape my lips  Lord,
Except words of good  will,
Lead me in the ways of  righteousness,
Let evil thoughts be  stilled,
Help me  do my best for  others,
Help me, Lord, to make a  start
To do Your biding  always
And to purify my  heart!
