Hello all of you. This is Paul again, and somehow my first post of the day didn't go through, so will try again. Here are some midweek quotes for your consideration. If the list members don't want them anymore, just let me know, either in a private message at oilofgladness47 at gmail.com or on the list itself. Anyway here they are. Be blessed as you read them.

Life is like a tennis game. You can't win without serving.

The Gospel is something not only to go to church to hear, but to go from church to tell.

A man is known by the kind of work he turns out.

Working at something or other helps you to forget your pain.

Not only is the workhorse extinct, but so are the people who work like one.

Preaching is the spoken communication of divine truth with a view to persuasion.

Little faith will bring your soul to Heaven; great faith will bring Heaven to your soul.

And there you have it for today. For those interested, the highest temperature recorded in the lower 48 states yesterday was 108 degrees at Gila Bend, Arizona, while the lowest was 21 degrees at Burgess Junction, Wyoming. Just thought you'd be interested.

That concludes the quotes for today. Again, if you want to have them on a daily basis, please let me know at my personal email address or on the list. Thanks a lot from your obedient servant of the Lord, Paul Barnabas.
