[Faith-talk] I need prayer about the fact I had to give up my retired guide dog

Hi,

I'm Jenny and new to the list.  I had to let my retired guide go to a new home because I had planned on getting another dog in the future and the landlord said we couldn't have my retired guide, Ramses, our little yip yap dog, and a new guide in the house at the same time.

I hurt beyond belief and was unable to go to church this morning because it would've been the first Sunday without him and I knew there would be a lot of questions as to why he wasn't with me.

Please pray for a gentle grief and to know whether to even get another dog.  Also, I'm considering unsubscribing to my guide dog lists because I am unsure about the whole thing altogether and don't want to hear about dog stuff when the loss is so fresh and while having to adjust to cane life again, yuck.

Anyway, your prayers would be appreciated.
