As the subject says, when is the moderator going to do something about this?

this kind of blatent disregard for the wishes of both the moderators, owners of the list, and the list members themselves, should be enough to either ban him from sending anything to the list at all, or at least put him on moderated status.

I don't want to speak for other list members here, but I would sure like it if he were at least put on moderated status until he got the point, if ever.
