Sorry folks for being late, but, as the old saying has it, "Better late than never." I hope and pray that, by God's matchless grace and His providential care, that you all are having a good day today or had one.

We continue with yet more of these gems, nuggets and pearls of wisdom and truth. I suppose that some of you probably think I'll never run out but, by God's matchless grace and His providential care, plus the submissions of quite a few people and what I've found in scouring magazines, the Lord has blessed the undersigned with these, and am simply "returning the favor," so to speak. And now let's begin.

If humanity loved God, we would have no need of police and prisons, judges and juries, locks and lawyers, guns and guards. Ray Comfort

When you look at yourself from a universal standpoint, something inside always reminds or informs that there are bigger and better things to worry about. Albert Einstein

Life is like a clock with no hands. It's ticking, but you never know when it's going to strike midnight.

Our daily living is the most accurate indicator of our true moral standards and life's priorities. On Sunday we may pretend to be on God's side. It is our life living the rest of the week that vividly portrays whose side we are really on. Tozer

And there you have it for today, albeit, as I said earlier, a little late. Until tomorrow when, Lord willing more of these will be presented, I remain your obedient servant of the One who lived an earthly existence, died to pay for your sins and mine, and now lives forever to bring us His salvation and peace, Paul Barnabas.
