When should a Christian confront a fellow Christian? After much prayer and study. Notice you're not judging the person. Rather, you're trying to help them. Let us allow the scripture to speak for itself. Don't try to make it say anything more than what is in the text. Matthew 18

15 ¶Moreover if thy brother shall trespass against thee, go and tell him his fault between thee and him alone: if he shall hear thee, thou hast gained thy brother. Verse fifteen of Mathew eighteen says if you're needing to confront a brother, you are to go and speak to him alone and not to tell every one in the blind community about it!
