[Faith-talk] pray for my brother and family

Poppa Bear, do you live in either Anchorage or Fairbanks, or perhaps one of
the smaller communities like Haines, Bethel, Homer, Nenana or perhaps even
Nome? I find it fascinating to read true and unvarnished stories of
contemporary life in Alaska. And one more question: Do you know by any
chance a lady named Lyn Koral (not sure of spelling)? Years ago she was
supposed to contact me about the same blindness condition that we both have,
and that is being born without eyes, but somehow we lost contact. Anyway it
was heartening to learn that, despite all your obvious self-made
difficulties, that the Lord pulled you through. Those are the kind of
stories I like to hear, because they bring glory to God and build up our
faith so that, in the words of a well-known gospel song by Stewart Hamlin:
"It is no secret what God can do; what He's done for others, He'll do for
you." And Andrew, that goes for you and your family as well. You just have
to pray for the patience to bear up under your frustrating difficulties.
Easier said than done, I know, but many of us on this list have been there
and done that. Paul
