Yes, I live in the US.  
I am familiar with the Lutheran Braille Workers and I certainly consider getting the bible from them.  I am also going to research the other suggestions.

I have a Braillenote mPower but it has to be repaired and I have a PacMate refreshable display but I can only  use it connected to my laptop.

Again I'd like to say thank you to all who took time to respond.
