hi everyone.

thank you for all your thoughts and opinions about online dating.
sorry it took so long for me to reply. I have been very busy these last few days...
it sounds like you guys are all split on the subject. 
I don't remember who said it so I'm sorry but I agree with you about it being hard for us to get to places like church where we can meet people. :(
I live in a small town in IL near saint Louis MO. I have to ride to church with my family and we only go to church on sunday morning. no sunday school or small groups, or wednesday night services...
there are no buses that come to this town. well, ok. there is 1. it comes at 6am and returns around 6PM. there is a taxi like service for disabled people but it only takes people to a work place. no church or recreational places...
I have thought of and feared all of the things you guys have mentioned and that has been what has kept me from joining an online dating site along with being unsure as I have said if christians should do so...
I guess I should just be happy where I'm at...but sometimes I just feel so stuck if you know what I mean...
I apply for jobs but can't get them because I don't have enough training. I went to college to be a children's pastor but churches won't higher a blind person because the parents in the churches don't believe blind people can take care of children. And I am stuck living at home with my parents because without a job I can't aford to get an appartment closer to a good bus system... :(
sorry to vent but that's just how I'm feeling right now... :(
