[Faith-talk] Just introducing myself

Blessings to all!

I'm already quite active in my Lutheran church and  have  been asked once to 
be on council which  I didn't have time for then.  I didn't get accepted 
overnight.  It has taken me ten years of being annoying and not giving up to 
be an active, respected member.  Nobody give up on your faith!  I had to 
fight a "country club mentality" not just disability issues and  not being 
raised in the congregation.  We're all sinners and need the Spirit to guide 
us just as much as the rest do.  I'm new to this list and to the NFB to some 
extent.  I have known about it for years and  was raised in the philosophy 
but never was active until now.  I wasn't able to attend the meeting at the 
convention, but am looking forward to meeting people are respectfully 
discussing spiritual matters.  If you are not Christian, I am sorry if you 
are offended.  I would like to learn  about other faith views too.  My faith 
is strengthened as I learn more about others' faith stories, struggles, etc.
