No Sheila, you aren't the only one.  I actually experienced ridicule as a
teenager for my belief in the Trinity from a family member who was a
JEHOVAH's WITNESS.  I was told that I was stupid to hold such a belief.  I
was such a baby Christian back then and did not know how to defend myself.
So I just hung on tight to God.  One of the things that I learned was that
even when I was able to present Scriptures that showed that the Trinity was
correct, it changed nothing.  So at some point it becomes useless
