Peace be with you.

It is indeed the most substantial factor within the human development.

It is the distinct kernel of our structured complex, either physically or spiritually.

It is the locus of perceptions and intuitions.

Prophet Muhammad (Salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) has taught us that if the heart is refined, the whole body is refined.

And if the heart is spoilt, the whole body is spoilt.

What contaminates the heart?

Doctors can tell you about multiple diseases which instantaneously impacts the physical side of the heart.

But here, we specifically talk about what contaminates the apparitional part of the heart.

What makes it solicitous and constantly anxious?

In this editorial, we will prevail to tenaciously unveil some of the mental diseases of the heart, and what is the best way to properly heal our hearts from their malady.

What is the word and how it effects our lives?

Wording is the traditional method of verbal communication amongst humans.

With their words, humans come and go, they exchange their detest and affection.

With a word you can make peace, and with a word you can spark a war.

Islam considers our wording a set of actions, because a one single word can possiblely lead to either positive or negative actions, depending on its intended purpose.
Thus, Islam strictly prohibits confabulation that aims to gossip and divulge private matters of people.

Islam encourages for disseminating the good words, and it significantly admonishes the spread of verbal iniquity.

This is why rumors are quite forbidden in Islam.

Therefore, in the chapter of dwellings, Allah clearly states that commandment in the following Koranic admonition.

“Oh ye who have believed, if there comes to thee a robustious with obscure tidings, shall thou profoundly inquire, lest thou harm some people out of ignorance and become regretful over what ye have done”.

The Noble Koran, chapter 49; verse number 6.

The Koran here advises us that if undisciplined individual came over with anonymous piece of information, it should not be trusted unless we critically verify its validity.

Thus, you can imagine how it is forbidden in Islam to post unverified pieces of information on Facebook, or to tweet random and unauthenticated news.

People here in Egypt are doing that all the time.

Now they should recognize its strict threat, and that is why Islam has prohibited the misuse of media and publications.

We should think of how much harmful and quite damaging these ramble posts can be.

Why on earth people consent spreading uninvestigated pieces of information?

In Islam, it is mandatory to examine information before you spread it out, because it can be either information or disinformation and sequentially, you are religiously prescribed to investigate its authenticity.

It is tremendously forbidden in Islam to arbitrarily straggle circulated unknown pieces of information, and particularly, if they were pertained to the private matter or the reputation of someone.

The latter is particularly pertained to journalists and press writers.

That does not intercept with their journalistic liberty though.

The journalistic liberty is essentially based on the credibility and the genuineness of what you publish.

Islam does not prevent the usage of contemporary media and publication to convey the latest news to people.

Islam has just sat some rules and regulations to prevent rumours spreading which most likely leads to travesty and insanity.
Islam is a perfected system of legislations and that is why it seriously discusses the minor details of everything.

Islam calls for sensibility and accountability when dealing with such subjects.

You can summarize the core of our lesson today into couple of major points.

1; The use of words has to be substantially mastered with accountability and caution, so it is to prevent potentially unpleasant consequences.

2; The verification of unknown pieces of information is a religious obligation within Islam.

Seeking for knowledge is compulsory from cratle to grave because it is a shoreless ocean.

Peace be with you.
