But this property falls under HUD federal housing assistance. I'm trying 
to find a place with better management. The overall management and 
upkeep of this place is crumbling more and more. And the paper thing is 
something that certainly needs to be addressed so ... Yeah, I just 
cannot be here. Plus people are stealing clothing from me that cannot be 
replaced. I simply do not have the money to be replacing all stolen 
items. Which is it? lol Walk around with no clothing or don't pay bills 
and get services cut off because some low class idiot stole your 
laundry? I also remember stolen items were here like a whole bag of 
undergarments. I don't think this is a very safe building for blind 
women in my opinion given what I just covered here.
