Hi all,
I am new to this list.
I caught a documentary many years ago about a woman in her 90's still
working at the state capitol, she walked to work every day in her
stilettos...now that was the role model I needed! She did not talk about
retiring or stopping she had so much life in her.
I pray I can be like her (smile). I look forward to participating on this
list, thank you for being here.

Hi, John.
I am just getting started with my best work in my 40s. I plan to work with
all my heart as long as God blesses me with physical ability. I pray that I
am blessed with vigor into my 90s like many of my ancestors! I have even had
several who lived independently past the age of 100, and they remain great
role models for me.

Hi John,
May God richly bless you on your 80th birthday! I want to serve
Him as long as He gives me breath. I expect Him to come for His
own very, very soon!!
Blessings,
Linda

I'll be 80 in July, but I want to continue serving Jesus until He
calls
me home. How many of you have a similar desire? I think of Anna
and
Simeon who prophesied over the baby Jusus when He was presented
in the
temple. There is also Samuel, who remained active in his old
age. We can
serve the Lord in two ways, prayer and action.
Blessings,
John
