Hello and greetings to you all from a rather hot morning here in
Baltimore. Well, the sun is either about to rise or will soon in our
area, promising another oppressive day weatherwise, and judging from
what I'm hearing it's the same all over. At any rate I hope that your
day is going well otherwise, by God's matchless grace and His
providential care.

Here are today's two quotes for your consideration, pondering and reflection.

Do what we can; summer will have its flies. Ralph Waldo Emerson

Difficulty is the excuse history never accepts. Edward R. Murrow

And there you have today's quotes, but don't forget that, later today
the weekly Bible trivia game poem will be posted, so get out your Bible
caps. For me, I'm wearing one that says Isaiah 67 on it. In the
meantime I pray that, if you read this post before you go to your
respective houses of worship, I pray that you and your fellow
congregants get a good word from the Lord as imparted to you by your
pastors and/or Sunday school teachers. More importantly I pray that
you will apply the same to your individual lives as the gracious Holy
Spirit enables. Ditto for you who read this message when you return.

Until tomorrow when, Lord willing more quotes will be posted, I am your
obedient servant of the One who lived an earthly existence, died to pay
for your sins and mine, and now lives forever to bring us His salvation
and peace, Oil of Gladness.
