Happy thanksgiving to all on the list.  I'm thankful for an event that
happened recently.  Three days ago, there was a fire in an ajoining house to
mine by someone who didn't dispose of smoking materials properly.  
Even
though there is an adjoining wall to my house, and even though there was a
lot of internal damage to the structure next door, the flames didn't come
near my house nor did the adjoining wall get hot.
