Tonight I couldn't help but notice that a certain individual who now very unfortunately uses the same monicker as a restaurant chain I enjoy visiting from time to time has blown up the list, not for the first time. I have a modest proposal. I understand the feelings of frustration and anger. I share them. But the best way to handle such an individual as this boils down to two words...Ignore them. There is a phrase I've often seen, and often used, in heated discussions on Facebook and elsewhere: Don't feed the trolls. That advice applies here as well. The only thing complaining does is fill up all of our inboxes. I think we should pray for him. But in the meantime, ignorance is the best policy, at least in my humble view.
