Thanks, hope you guys had that as well.

The church was nice, a little big, and I'm not really big into praise and worship that's a little more rock 'n' roll.

They're good, and thought there was a CD instead of the band. But, when you can't hear the neighbor beside you singing, that's a little too much.

When did I get so traditional? I don't get it, maybe it's age. I would have loved exactly that in my 20s. Now it drives me nuts. I just don't like the volume and would prefer simple acoustic guitar's instead of electric and bass so that's my two cents :-)

Oh, the biggest thing though, is that the pastor really does great sermons. So, it is kind of a tossup. I'm still not completely ready to go to that church permanently. I'm wanting out of the LDS church, and that's gonna be really difficult. But, I am more preferring the traditional Catholic, traditional Lutheran which never happened except for eight in in the morning, the regular service is praise and worship. The Episcopalian one out of two, our praise and worship only. The praise and worship stuff that I have a problem with though is, the volume, and electric instruments. OK, acoustic yes electric not so much

A couple of times that I have been sedated the Lutheran Church not knowing that it had praise music, it was really difficult, not just the music, but the order of service was completely different. Not to mention, that the prayers and stuff that people are supposed to say and unison without music are completely on the screen so you're lost. We have a traditional Lutheran church here in town, but from what I understand it's dying. And will probably die soon. They have to rent a church to do the service and there are just not many to withstand the finances to handle it. So, I pray for them.

The last when I went to was literally a rock band with the sermon at the end. I mean full concert lighting as loud as a rock band every possible instrument that a rock band would have. It was so precise and perfect that I would have thought it was a CD. I just didn't feel reverent to me at that church. But some people say that it's for them, I don't know, maybe I'm a traditionalist
