I noticed that too. Well the Bible does say were made in the image of God. Maybe the face that we put on should be the face of God? I mean that's what it's for reminding us. OK I have more hope in artificial intelligence than I probably should here.

I admit we skipped church today. But spending time with my grandparents is it something that I can never have enough of when they're 91 and 92. We went to a place called Ella's deli for lunch here in Madison and then rode the carousel. May seem frivolous, but I know it brought a lot of joy to my grandparents since they remember bringing me there as a child. It's a really cool place to take kids; in fact the inside is round almost like a carousel itself with different things flying around above your head, some darn good ice cream and lots of other more nutritional items as well since it's a kosher deli. The carousel is so amazing – it's a really old one from like the late 1800s with wooden horses that have bridals that you can hold! Just Chad and I rode it, but I know that it made my grandparents smile to watch us.

To be in mid 40s and still have my dad's parents is such a blessing from God I can't tell you! And to have them healthy enough to live independently is so amazing.
