Part of this is incorrect. NLS does not have the newspaper, but NFB newsline 
does.
NLS has some magazines and I'll check on guide post now that someone said 
its there.
NLS does not have local magazines either. Just mentioning that because your 
comment on news may lead people to believe you can get local news from NLS 
which is not true.

Yes, I read the Guide post on NLS all of the time! I read through so many 
magazines news papers, and the AP, I have JAWS talking at over 100 words a 
minute, How blessed we are to have that. You would not believe how many 
people ask on lists about how they can read their newspaper on the paper’s 
web site. They have no idea that NLS even exists. That is how I get my news, 
have conversations with people about current avints, and so on. How many 
people would like to read all that is there for free LOL! The TV guide is so 
great as well. Many of the blind are always looking for an accessible TV 
guide. We have it right there in NLS. I use the phone and the computer. What 
a blessing that is!

I remember someone being surprised that guideposts is on the NLS list.  If 
you have News line on your phone, landline or mobile, you can access it as 
well. I just found it in the list of magazines for newsline for the blind on 
my iPhone.  If anyone is a Lions club member, the Lion is also in the list.
