[Faith-Talk] Looking for a Blind Deacon

Isn't there a guy who normally comes to the convention, he's a catholic priest.  He's sighted, but he'd know of someone who is blind.  I've talked to hom before, and the fellow he mentioned was somewhere in Texas, I think. The national office might know who that fellow who comes ot the convention is.
