Good afternoon listers,

First, welcome to Rilind and Mora. It's good to hear from long-time
listers now and then. Rilind, I appreciated very much reading your
powerful testimony, and I am praying for you.

Please remember that the purpose of this list is to talk about
faith-related and blindness-related issues we face.

Also, please start a new message when changing the subject. We're
getting really long posts now because many of you are just replying
on one that has nothing to do with what you want to say. When
replying, you may remove the many messages underneath, and just leave
the one to which you are replying. That cuts down a lot on what comes
into our inBoxes and what's archived on the NFBNET site.

Regarding you, Mostafa, if you are really genuinely interested in
listers' answers to your questions, well and good. But I don't think
that's the case. Muslims believe that Jesus is just another prophet,
not the Son of God who came to die for their redemption. If you're
here to argue with us, to spue more hate about Christians and
America, or cause dissension, please stop posting. We have
unsubscribed you many times, but you keep coming back with a
different email address. You are welcome to hold whatever beliefs and
opinions you do, but you are not welcome to spread hatred and lies on
this list. We have no idea who the man is that you say is in hell,
and it matters not to us. And please don't respond privately to me,
which is what you usually do, with your venom and hatred. All that
does is tell me that you are one of Satan's messengers. Please stop
stirring up strife here. Each of us has enough to deal with in our
personal lives.

For Christians, and many who are not, this is the season to celebrate
Christ's birth, and to wish peace on earth to all with whom we come
into contact. May all of you have a blessed holiday season. Enjoy the
music, presents, celebrations with family and friends, and, most of
all, the freedom we have to celebrate Jesus' birth, the reason for the season.

Sincerely,

Linda Mentink, List Moderator
