Through some thyroid testing they have discovered a nodule on the right side of my thyroid. I’m waiting to hear whether we need to get a biopsy or not. I’m not worried yet but prayer ahead of time won’t hurt. :-) i’ve had hypothyroidism for the last 20 years and things have been OK. I know that my grandma on my mom side had some medical issues similar to this which back then could not be treated as well as now and she passed away at 62 or 63. Makes me a little concerned but God knows what he’s doing. Please pray that my husband and I have the strength to handle this well. After having two other surgeries last year I don’t know how much my body can take. It certainly is interrupting my job search! Oh well maybe someday I’ll end up as a medical social worker. Wouldn’t that be a hoot? 

Thanks for all the prayers and I hope everyone is doing well at the beginning of 2019.
