This was sent to me & so I thought I would pass this on to all of you.
Please pass this on;

Nevertheless, I am continually with You; You have taken hold of my right
hand. With Your counsel You will guide me, and afterward receive me to
glory.

Whom have I in heaven but You? And besides You, I desire nothing on earth.
My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my
portion forever.as for me, the nearness of God is my good; I have made the
Lord God my refuge, that I may tell of all Your works..
Psalm 73:23-26, 28

The writer of this Psalm had gotten discouraged. It seemed to him that those
who chose to do wrong prospered and got richer and more comfortable with no
apparent consequences for their choices. He got to wondering why do I even
try to do what's right? It makes no difference. Until that is. He went to
God about it.

When he stopped fretting about what others were getting away with and began
to focus on God Himself, he was shown how temporary the apparent benefits of
choosing to ignore God and do wrong are. How absent God is in their lives.
How abandoned they are. It changed everything for him.

The truth is, when we have God, we have everything. Absolutely everything.
We have the promise of His continual presence, even when we don't feel it.
He is holding our hand, giving us His strength for each day. When we need to
know what to do, He will tell us, show us what the next right thing to do
is. He does this through daily time in the Bible and prayer as well as
through wise godly fellow Christians.

Not only do we have the goodness of His nearness, but we have a future. God
plans for us to one day join Him in the glorious future He has planned for
each of those who love Him.

No matter how worn out or frustrated we may feel we rest in God's love and
care, just like the man in the picture. Safe. Supported. Sure. Oh! When we
have God, we have everything. It's the absolute best thing I can ask and
pray for my family. With God we are ready for anything!

If you have not yet believed in the Lord Jesus Christ, in all He has done so
that we can have God with us, would you consider finding out just what that
is, what it means?

"But to all who believed Him (Jesus) and accepted Him, He gave the right to
become children of God.

They are reborn, not with a physical birth resulting from human passion or
plan,

but a birth that comes from God."

John 1:12-13
