Welcome Kristopher. I was not able to attend convention this year do to
personal matters but I look forward to getting to know you virtually. I am
ordained clergy in the Church of God (non-Pentecostal) and teach biblical
languages in one of our seminaries. I also appreciate interfaith dialogue
and it is meaningful to me to learn about what is happening, or not
happening, in terms of access in other faith groups.

As-salamu alaikum everyone,

This is Kristopher Idrees Crawley. I am a new member to this list and also
the Communities Of Faith group. I had a chance to meet some of you at the
national convention this year. I am a Muslim who is part of the NFB Muslims
group. I was one of the presenters at convention for the group, and also
gave the Muslim invocation at the first General Session.

A little more about be. I was raised a Baptist Christian for a good portion
of my life and was guided to Islam many years ago now. I am passionate about
diversity and interfaith dialog. I was very happy to meet many of you at
convention, and look forward to conversing and participating in this list
and the COF committee more going forward.
