[Faith-Talk] Switching churches: your experience?

Very positive for me.  I went from a church who wouldn't let me be on
counsel after 8 years to one that is helping me get a ministry degree and
also who is allowing me to be a small group leader, do morning opening
announcements and also be on worship team as a drummer. This church i'm at
now is much more accepting than the so called "progressive" one I attended
when I accepted Christ.
