[Faith-Talk] accessible Bibles and books

Hi, Charlene,

This is just what I did with the Amplified Study Bible in brf format, the
book cross references, and book annotations.

I've created a folder for the Bible and its "parts."

So when you read down the files list in the study Bible it looks something
like:

1 Chronicles Annotations
1 Chronicles Cross References
1 Chronicles Intro

Then keeps listing for the books in the same manner

There is the files materials introducing the Bible and how to use it,
sprinkled throughout the list, plus the

Index Theological By Location
Index Theological By Title

However, when I look through these, it seems that the material in there is
pretty much covered when you go into the Annotations and Cross References.

I may be wrong about that since I actually cannot get into the real links,
but am probably pretty close.

Judy

This is such a wealth of Christian material of all kinds, I really
appreciate it. So, with this discussion about how to effectively navigate
study Bibles like the ones that Bookshare has, would it be possible for
Optasia Ministry to separate the Bible text, use one that already exists
possibly in the collection, and then make separate files of the reference
material and crossreferences or keep it all together and use html or
something like that to make it possible to navigate through the study with
the cross referencing? I'm just thinking and maybe it's too big a project
or not possible, not really sure. That's probably more of a project that
apps are made for these days and if the app is accessible that would be a
better option.

Again, thank you for Optasica Ministry, Tom.
