[Faith-Talk] accessible Bibles and books

Actually, it wasn't that bad, just copying large chunks of text and pasting
them into their appropriate files.

I use the find/replace feature to get rid of any blank areas.

I use braille markers, such as braille cell combinations that wouldn't
occur in literature.
