You’ve gotten some really good help already on this list. The only thing I can think of is that if you do not have a specific job you’re searching for then won’t support Tech Assistance ForState Job Center Site. They don’t know what the requirements are for the position and if they don’t have to pay for something like that, they won’t. so you have to be very upfront about essential skills needed for the type of work you are going into. At least this is how it works in Wisconsin. They would rather support someone who already got the job because then they can only pay for what’s tailored to your specific workplace needs.
