Ooooh, yes, rightNow Media is great.  The church we went to several years
had a subscription and allowed members to sign up for free through the
church.

Here are some resources that I use:

Kindle has a speech assistive reader that works well. A Kindle app is also
comparable with Braille displays.
Amazon has several human read books on various Christian topics. 
Book share is another resource.
Optasia Ministry also has amazing resources.
Bible Gateway is another very accessible site for using with Braille
displays.
Finally, see if your church has a Right Now Media or Faith Study account.
These resources have an extensive video and audio that churches pay
membership to and allow their members to view for free.
