Hello Judy,
I guess the main question I have is do you read braille, or do you use a screen reader, or some kind of large print?
In my case, I read braille and have had one version or another of Braille note since 2006 in schooldays and continuing out of school and in to work also.
In my case, I find that eBooks are usually accessible either in a proper adobe file without pictures one that is tagged for accessible, apple books; or kindle; and in some rare cases some word file books as well.
When it comes to the Bible, what I had done was something similar. There used to be a website called beliefnet where I had found a section with each book of the King James Bible, and I had made a Bible folder on my braille note and back then, created a file with each book on my laptop, and transferred each file to a USB drive and then later on I would transfer them on to my Braille note. Now that was many years ago back in 2009, so now there are quicker ways such as emailing yourself the files, or finding an online file, though, I do admit, in my personal reading this is still easier.
If you are looking for a topic by topic, then something like blue letter Bible website where you can search by keyword can help, or search something called the concordance. (Again, you may be much more well-versed in all this but I'm sharing the accessibility aspect of it.
I'm reading that there is a Strong's concordance app on the app store as well, so that could be helpful for you if you're looking topic by topic, although I have not yet tested the accessibility of it, we could check it out I suppose.
Again, I hope some of this is helpful in some way.
God Bless:
Rilind.
