Tina, I've been praying for you and thinking all day about Scriptures. I wish I could find the one I'm thinking of, but I assure you, the Bible is clear about the fact that when Christ is in us, there's no place for the evil one. Satan can hassle us and make things miserable but he can not overcome Christ in us. We belong to Jesus and He is keeping us until He comes again. One of my favorite Bible verses over the years is Isa 49:16 "See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me." God keeps His promises over and over again to each of us who belong to Him. And, Jn 10:28-29 says gives us the assurance that we belong to God. "I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of the palm of my hand. My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand." This is Jesus talking about Himself and the Father. We are safe in the Lord's hands, take courage and meditate on that and know that it is for all of us as Christians.
God bless you,
Charlene
