I thought we were talking about the Transportation Safety Act, not Homeland
Security.
I don't think anyone is saying there shouldn't be security, but that there
should be guidelines for how service animals are dealt with at security
check points.
This has become necessary because there was such inconsistency and security
people would make up things on the spot.
It's better to have guidelines rather than not, isn't it?
