I got this from another list.  I have heard of people having guide dog
problems at Atlanta Airport so maybe they are trying to fix them.  JODY

Greetings All,

The following survey opportunity was forwarded to me yesterday. if you have
traveled through the Atlanta airport any time recently, I hope you'll relay
your experiences as a blind person and guide dog user. We already know that
airport staff don't know where the relief area is, so that's one problem
we'll be bringing to their attention through this survey and through other
avenues.

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport has formed a work group to
identify areas at the airport that can be improved for all of our traveling
public. We are asking for your help to point out areas where the airport can
be more hospitable for people with disabilities, international travelers,
and family groups. The first step in addressing the deficiencies is to
listen to people and organizations who have vested interest in
accessibility, have gone through our processes and have suggestions to make
it better. Thinking of your most recent trip to ATL, from the front curb, to
the entrance, and to the aircraft, please list the challenges you may face
while traveling through the ticket lobby, security, the transportation mall
and the train, the concourse areas, the concessions and the gate areas.

The survey allows each computer address to complete the survey only once. So
if you go to it a second time, it just says "Done". The survey can be edited
before it is sent.
