International Association of Assistance Dog Partners IAADP has about $150 of
benefits for $30 a year including free heartworm medication.

I called all the vets in my area to see if they offered a discount for guide
dogs.  My vet is a puppy raiser for Southeastern and she doesn't charge me
for exams, just shots and heartworm tests.
