Hello to all on the flagdu list,

I am very saddened to have to share with you that Tammy Anspach passed away
yesterday.  She was a longtime nFbF member, member of the Pinellas County
chapter, and of FLAGDU as well.  For those who don't know her, she was the
wife of FLAGDU's treasurer, and President of the Pinellas chapter, Dave
Anspach who passed away at about this time last year.  I have sent along the
message I wrote to the NFBF listserv, as well as the original message sent
by Jim Ellsworth of the Pinellas chapter.

Tammy is with her dear Dave now, and at peace.

Jim and all,

I'm so very saddened to hear about Tammy's passing.  Last Saturday at the
guide dog users division meeting, I gave Mike Lamb one of our special FLAGDU
laminated cards and asked him to give it to Tammy.  These cards were a
project we did to honor Dave Anspach, and I wanted to make sure Tammy got
one.  These cards say "FLAGDU", and "in honor of Dave Anspach on one side,
and on the other is a condensed version of Florida Statute 413.08, our guide
dog access law.

I know Tammy is now at peace.  Our hearts go out to her family.

It is with great sadness that I must tell you that Tammy Anspach has passed
away.  As you all may remember she was married to David Anspach who passed
away just about a year ago.  I don't have much more information than that
except that her mother and niece came into town and found her late Saturday.
I will keep everyone posted as I learn more.  I don't know if there will be
a memorial service but as soon as we know we'll let everyone know.
