Jody good i have found that even a display of the law does not sway rude manager/owners but perfect once law enforcement arrives. please if i may ask from which school did you get your dog. my school provided me with a small wallet size laminated copy of the florida guide dog access laws.perfect for me since i am always at the beach with my dog.

I have a printed sheet with the Florida law and the law protecting guide
dogs.  I have a laminated copy of the ADA statement.
