[Flagdu] Cab drivers in DC pass blind people with guide dogs

Namaste, my friend.
Well, count me in if there's anything I can do on the cab issue.
I had my fill of access problems in Maryland.
You know, when I studied in Japan there were access issues a plenty, but I
had less cab access problems than I did inn Maryland when I lived there.

I haven't been taking cabs here in Orlando much because I need to budget,
but who knows when that may change and it's in my direct self-interest as a
guide dog user as well as something that should be done, fighting access
issues that is, in solidarity with my fellow blind brothers and sisters.
