[Flagdu] New Guide Dog school

We don't know much about this guide dog school. How will the students be 
trained, Where will they be trained, and who retains the dog after training. 
The school, or the student. Marion This would be a good chance to reach out 
to this woman. Is she NFB? What is her vews concerning blindness? RJ
