I stand corrected, John did retire from Fidelco but I didn't know he was at
Freedom.  I've had several opportunities to work with him and think he is
tops in his field.  He is a wealth of knowledge and fun too.  I'm glad to
hear he is still training.  Debbie

Hello RJ,

If you receive training from Freedom guide dogs it will be with John Byfield
who is a legend in the guide dog world.  He has been training guide dog
teams since 1957.  I had the privaledge of having him as my trainer and he
is fantastic.

Freedom does the same in community training as Fidelco but they train
collies, retrievers and labs.  Fidelco trains GSDs.  I highly recommend
Freedom.
