[Flagdu] Scanner's Law 413.081

Dear All,
    Sherrill has it right! Scanner was the name of a guide dog that was 
attacked several years ago in the southwest Florida area. I'm not sure what 
the result of the attack was, though. It's another case of people not 
knowing the human's name, just the dog's! (grin)
