I have individuals who are not having any problems with this and not receiving a capture. I may have to call zoom and find out what the issue is. I do not believe I will be able to contact zoom before this evening since I have a busy day at work today. But I just wanted to update you all as to what I’m hearing from other members; maybe it is the web browser. I am doing it with no issue from my iPad. Not sure how others are please chime in if others are having no issues with connecting to the audio of the zoom recording. Let us know what browser you are using or what device. Thank you very much! Wishing you a fantastic day and I appreciate the communication on this.
