Dear Fellow Federationists:
 
I just wanted to send along my thanks for helping to stuff envelopes for
the Maryland fund-raising appeal.  We have successfully completed the
envelope-stuffing project--great work, everyone!  Don't forget that
we'll be handing out halloween candy to trick-or-treaters outside the
National Center for the Blind at 1800 Johnson Street on Friday evening
beginning at around 5:30.  Come join the fun, in costume if you like!
